| UPDATE: Got it back to normal! Seems like the toolbar still existed since I had other available toolbars to use. In this case, Adobe Acrobat & Norton Toolbar . I had to disable these options in Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage add-ons , then had to ensure Lock the toolbars was active. Just... |
