Custom buttons show on all taskbars regardless the "Show on all taskbars" settings. It seems it has only been fixed for internal buttons.

Hi First of all this tool is amazing! When I click on "Disable taskbar transparency" the start menu button shows on all the taskbars although it's not checked in settings. Unchecking "Disable taskbar transparency" brings back functionality to the "Show on all taskbars" ...
