The described settings were OK.
Just for a test, I tried to 'Reset All setting' another time and it resolved the issue. I have no clue what setting did cause that issue, but now it works |

| I just re-installed my PC (first Windows 8, then upgrading to the latest Win 10). Thereafter I installed the latest Classic Shell. But I still get a Metro like startmenu and not the Classic Shell that I had before I can change the setting, replace the start menu icon etc. But nothing happens when I ... |
