Hi, it's been a few days I have the exact same problem. At startup, my taskbar isn't responding until I go to Task Manager and launch explorer.exe like slinkywrench. My Windows version is "Windows 10 Pro N" and I've done the Creator's update. If I uninstall Classic Shell, everything works ...
