| Nope, sorry. I am super busy with other projects. What would be helpful if you can narrow it down to a particular policy that makes a difference. The lockup is not in Classic Shell code, but somewhere in Windows. Some setting affects how Windows works, which is probably not compatible with how Class... |

No, I mean the way you would hibernate if Classic Shell was not installed. For example you can close all programs, click on the Desktop and press Alt+F4. This will show a dialog box with options to shut down. Hibernate should be one of them. |

The ClassicStartMenu.exe process doesn't do much. It mostly watches Explorer to restart so it can re-add the start button. There have been no other reports about touchpad problems. I would recommend to temporarily uninstall Classic Shell for a few days to see if the problem is truly gone. |

The icon size can be changed from the Menu Look tab. The text size can be changed only if the skin allows it. Not many do. You can change the size of the entire menu by tweaking the DPI setting in the Menu Look tab.
The Windows 7 style menu doesn't scroll the pinned items. The Classic styles do. |

Yes, this is another case of the excessive thread count. Something is blocking the existing threads and Explorer is launching new ones until it dies. Unfortunately I have not seen this myself and I have no clue what is the root cause. |

Unlock the taskbar if it is locked, then wiggle it with the mouse. Maybe it will reposition. BTW, I don't think the problem is related to Classic Shell. Temporarily disable Classic Shell and see if the problem still happens. |

What are your start button settings?
Do you have multiple monitors? If so, what are their resolutions? Do you have the taskbar on them? |

My guess would be you added the button to the toolbar for copying or moving files. But I may be wrong.
Either way, the toolbar just gives you access to the features that are already built into Explorer. Classic Shell does not implement the copy operation itself. |

The spacing depends on the selected skin and other factors - like the DPI you use or if you have a touch screen. If you want to customize that you may have to edit the skin file and increase the padding. |
