Export HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IvoSoft and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\IvoSoft reg keys. Make sure the Start menu is not running while merging these keys. Any Classic Explorer changes will also take effect after Explorer.exe is restarted after adding the reg information.

Classic Shell does NOT do any permanent modification to Windows. In fact, its modifications are all in-memory and as soon as it is unloaded, Windows reverts to its default behavior. So whatever broke in your Windows - you can be 101% sure it is not Classic Shell.
