I don't think so. I have not seen a Stardock menu that has live tiles. The only thing close was when they were showing the start screen in a window. That's all that was - the original Windows start screen but reduced in size. Um...Start10. That's literally the only thing I need to mention to prove ...

Eh...you can have a maximum of 255 frames. Total. Including the normal and pressed states.
