| Or you could use an icon editor to insert images. You can bring back the Menu bar on Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10 using Ribbon Disabler: http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.20 Rest of the features you requested are all heavily locked down by Microsoft. Dont .ico icons only support sizes of 3... |

| Hiya, my idea is to have a classic explorer that I can customize with images instead of icons. This will allow me to create a true classic explorer like the one in windows 98. | It installed without any errors, yes. I was able to open the start menu settings before, but for some reason now nothing is happening, or opening even when I right click and run as administrator. | Hallo, long time no see. =) Classic shell kept telling me before that a new upgrade was out ( 3.6.8 ) and I didn't feel that it was worth it to upgrade with not much it seemed added features. To my surprise though, a few days ago I decided to check the classic shell site, and 3.6.8 was not the lates... |
