I booted System Rescue CD but was unable to retrieve my download, looks like it took the partition table with it, and jacked it up enough that testdisk isn't putting it back together easily.
Looks like others have infected uploads for confirmation/comparison though. |

| Found my way here confirming this, same message on a test machine in my lab as I was doing the 1607 RS1 update on a sacrificial laptop. I downloaded using the main download button on the front page, was prompted by Windows Defender that the publisher was not trusted (whatever), agreed, and attempted... |
