if your worried use/make a spam email account for websites/forums such as this, and dont use the same password you usually use on them...

| well it could change once you select the file from the open dialog, and then un-change later if u hit cancel button.. also couldn't you check the file for changes when the user re-selects the file with the open dialog (store the filesize and compare it to the new size or something) and yes im aware ... |

| users can delete there post but only if they havnt been responded to.., im guessing there isnt an option to allow deletion of ones that have been responded to and i wasnt thinkin they should delete the whole thread (although that could be useful to), i was thinking more of delete someone elses post ... |

| Just thinking this would make an excellent animated GIF if such buttons were supported :P, inactive would sit there, maybe a little smoke, active would spin, and click would have sub zero pop up :P, If animated gifs were supported, the user would have to define a repeat frame for each of the 3 state... |

| Yes you can, and i have personally had in both w7 and w8. you can use QTTabs bars option to remove the menu bar without using any of its other features. | there may be but i dont know and not having a problem myself, havnt looked :P, some mouses have dpi buttons on them, but if your looking there may be a program that adjust dpi/scroll speed with a hotkey, so you can press a hotkey to toggle a less sensitive mouse, then repeat to un-toggle it. googlin... |

| i thought on 7 it looked similar to 8 trish; are you sure that pic can be mimiced on 7. because windows 7 allows for transparency in icons, its hard for the system to determine exactly what areas to color blue, whereas in xp without transparency you could just throw a blue rectangle the same size as... |

are your links/shortcuts using absolute paths or relative paths?
Absolute path would be similar to C:\program files\programsname\program.exe
relative would be likely have the word "Username" or something similar in the path |

| well duno about specifically, but im pretty sure 'increase precision' makes the cursor move even slower when you are moving the mouse slow, and probably moves it faster when it detects you swinging your mouse across the pad quickly.. so check to see if your mouse has settings to adjust this feature ... |

| well this particular 'bug' is more of a visual one the item is selected, its just not the active selection. this can be reproduced with a mouse by opening 2 windows, selecting something in 1 window, then clicking the other window.. the item in the origional window is still selected, its just not act... |

| i dont have to much trouble with it, but i could easily see it being troublesome to some, particularly elderly, or people with high DPI settings on there mouse, but yea its only like 5 pixels wide, and the space to the right of it, isnt even used so theres no reason they shouldnt have made it atleas... |

| flyout menus require the files be loaded, so my guess is with a disk drive, it doesnt do this because otherwise there would be a large delay for opening the start menu or flyout.. |

if you create a new item and leave it blank, it will act as a spacer, invisible and unclickable...
