This has been reported many times (I've even experienced it myself in the past), sadly IVO hasn't found the root cause. try changing the display mode to/from windowed(no-border) in the game. or minimizing/re-maximizing. those usually work as a temporary fix. Any game, doesn't matter what DirectX version it uses. This is GTA V as an example, using DirectX 11

I'm running Classic Shell Version 4.3.0 and my OS is Windows 10. I'm using a 4k monitor (3840x2160), but play games in 1920x1080, or 2560x1440. I don't think res is affecting this bug.
