| @Jerome, Yes I know the picture in some of the skins (almost all custom skins) is smaller for higher DPI monitors, but the problem is that the user frame around the pic needs to be updated in the skin as well as its position etc. |

| Once again, I highly recommend Windows 8.1 with Classic Shell for everyone having a bad experience with Windows 10. I wouldn't recommend using Windows 10 unless Microsoft fixes the critical design flaws with it. |

| @wyvern, this is a surprising and unfortunate bug. It has been reported by some other Windows 10 users too so I believe you. But the taskbar and its pinning is entirely under control of Windows. I don't understand how Classic Shell's Start menu can affect taskbar pinning. Nor can I reproduce the bug... |

For 20 years, Windows has a setting "Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items" in Folder Options (File Explorer Options) -> View tab that disables tooltips.  |

| I don't understand what you mean by it doesn't start with Windows itself but still Win key opens it? Unless it has started, Win key won't show the Classic menu. If it does not start, then Win key will show the Windows 10 tiles. |

| Classic Shell 4.3.0 works with Windows 10 Creators Update except for a taskbar skinning issue. You can open Start menu settings and click the Backup button. Click Save to XML files. Upload that XML file here attached inside a ZIP so we can take a look at your settings and find what's wrong. |

| I am using Windows 8.1 Pro x64. I am able to show a taskbar jumplist and then left click on the Start button - the jumplist closes and the Start menu opens. I have no idea why it doesn't for you. |
