Title says it all. This request is twofold:
1. I figure it'd probably be of general use to someone.
2. If my hypothesis regarding the Windows 10 Classic Theme Taskbar text issue is correct, this would most likely fix that.

| Ah. That's a bummer. I like the way you can customize the classic theme in different titlebar colors and everything, which is not the case if I use any third-party style besides an Aero one.
