| Simply use <no skin> to make the start menu look like Chicago's. You will need to apply the classic skin with 1 column first. |

You should do the following:
1. Hide the taskbar
2. Hide your desktop icons
3. Set your desktop background to a black solid colour
4. Copy and paste an application in your Startup folder
5. Set that application to start in full screen mode |
