I'm using Windows 10 Anniversary Edition and Classic Shell 4.3.0. In Windows Explorer, the Classic Explorer toolbar cannot be seen. I can't find any way to select toolbars (BHOs?). Also, QTTabBar does not function. Maybe it's because of native images not present at the paths referenced by Explorer. ... |

All options are as default. However, in addition to cmd.exe in PATH, I have a set of .cmd scripts which sort ahead of cmd.exe when I type "cm" or "cmd". I tried boosting cmd.exe's history by clicking it a few times, and it now sorts ahead of my .cmd files. But shouldn't search pr... |

I'm using Classic Start on Windows 10, to avoid Cortana spyware. When I type "cmd" into Classic Shell search, instead of showing "Command Prompt" or adding arguments, it displays a list of .cmd (Windows batch) files I added into a %userprofile%\path folder (added to %path%). Can ... |

Windows 7 x64, W7 style start menu.
When I do a Start Menu search and right-click "Files" results, I do not get a "show in folder" result. This does not apply for programs. |

When I perform a Start Menu search, the results do not have a right-click Delete option. The normal W7 Start Menu has one.
In addition, there is no "open file location" in the search menu.. |

Well, it seems my system is still messed up even after removing both. Something's really wrong with my PC. |

Uninstalled QTTabBar for testing. Note that I am using Explorer in separate process. Is that relevant? I deleted HKCU/Ivosoft/Classic Explorer and Classic Shell. It seems to partially fix it. But dragging something into Favorites still calls it "foo - Shortcut" every time. Every time I rel... |

I got the problem again. Classic Explorer settings 100% default. May be a conflict between QTTabBar 512 and Classic Explorer 4.10, and also previous versions of both. Resetting doesn't work this time. |

I believe so. Uninstalling Classic immediately fixes (maybe after restarting Explorer), installing immediately breaks (maybe after restarting Explorer). Uninstalling QTTabBar does not help (did not try reboot). How do I reset classic shell settings? |

W7SP1. I also have Quizo's QTTabbar installed. Uninstalling Classic Shell makes it go away, reinstalling breaks. How do I clear settings? |

Normally you can reorder Windows Explorer favorites with drag+drop (Move item). Newer (not sure which) versions of Classic Shell (including 4.10) break it such that the order is corrupted and any attempt to reorder the icons results in tooltip "Create link in Favorites", and creates a copy... |
