i would not recommended Start8 and Start10 because probably it's not light weight app

i was decided to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" in folder options to look around on my computer, i see the lock icon on desktop, any cause on this? before it wasn't like that

Oh! I misread. Sorry. No it's not possible to disable the search box in the Windows Start Menu using Classic Shell.
