Classic shell is abandonware at this time sorry :( Even if it wasn't abandoned; Microsoft actually removed the folder from windows, so classic shell would have no way to populate the list of games.

The closest thing to that would be creating a custom folder, and linking to its contents, then using some outside script to update shortcuts in the folder.
Not something that can be done without decent coding experience.

You cant necessarily add 'all' the bookmarks, but you can add individual ones via drag/drop Just highlight the url in the address bar and drag directly into the start menu Alternatively, if you want the link to be on the left side, you can create a custom menu item, and paste the link as the 'target...

It sounds like something a custom theme would fix:

Just note: it can be a litte risky, and if the installation is done wrong, or an incompatible theme applied, it could make it difficult to start windows.

try reinstalling classic shell, if that fails try whiping it with the classic shell utility and reinstalling
if that fails you might be out of luck, because the latest version breaks classic shell for many users..

Nope sorry, its not something classic shell touches, so my guess is a corrupt windows file?
If a system restart doesnt solve, try opening command prompt as admin, and typing sfc /scannow /f /r
If that fails, your other options are more drastic.. (IE reinstall windows)
