Follow-on from 'Blink' thread. Still 'blinking, but now about 11 secs between refresh and Explorer actually crashes. Uninstalled with Utility, reinstalled, no change. My bad. I *had* IDT. Previous Win10 problem forced me to replace with Microsoft. IDT does not appear in my Control Pannel and [highlight=#dce1e5] C:\Windows\System32\IDTNC64.cpl [/highlight] doesn't RUN. Current driver is: MS High Definition Audio Device HdAudio.sys 10.0.15063.0 Any other ideas ?

Yes -pretty common with HP.

After update to W10 Creator, the home screen would 'refresh' (rebuild) every ~3 seconds. Nearly impossible to use the PC as any command (or click) needed to be completed within this time (~3 secs). CTRL-ALT-DEL about all that was do-able, and even then STOPPING a process (ClassicShell) was difficult...
