My W10 laptop updated today to v. 1803. This seemed like a major update--my laptop threatened to reboot several times--only did so twice. It re-set my mouse and touchpad settings, and Classic Shell announced that it needed to reset for the new OS (or something to that effect); when I clicked OK, Cla... |

I like having the Sleep option as the default option for the shutdown button/dialog. When I am using the Windows 7 version of the start menu, I have this. Just a word to the wise: if you want to tinker around and change one style (of start menu) to another, back up your settings first. I'm glad I did just now, b/c after switching from classic xp to vista to 7 start menu, my pinned programs were gone. A restore of that XML file brought them right back. |
