How is it not related to explorer? This is Classic Shell we're talking about and seeing the seconds is an old classical winXP feature (._. )
I was hoping I didn't have to install even more programs... I like my processlist empty af. |

Suggestion:
Allow seconds to show in timer/clock of the systray. |
