Yes. Rename "Windows Accessories" in the All Programs menu, to "Accessories"
And put "Windows System" and "Windows Ease of Access" both into that Accessories folder as well.
This is what makes sense as it has always been this way.

The folder structure is created by Windows, not by Classic Shell. The Start Menu only shows it. Renaming or moving built-in system folders will not be done. You can move them yourself or rename them. Note that to rename some items, you may have to open the hidden file "Desktop.ini" located in these folders in Notepad as administrator and edit the names as required.

Oh, interesting. I thought since a start menu didn't exist in Windows 8 that classicshell named the folders.
No worries then. All is fine.

You cannot rename the Windows Accessories Folder in the Programs Folder, but you can accomplish the same thing by doing the following.
1) Move the Windows Accessories Folder to your desktop
2) Create a new folder in your Programs Folder
3) Move the contents of the Windows Accessories Folder into the newly created Folder
4) Delete the empty Windows Accessories from your desktop
