:cry: hi everyone, my laptop has begun crashing since installing classic shell my operating system is windows 8 I find windows 8 to be rubbish and classic shell is a brilliant solution, but it tend to crash while I am using it, it has never crashed before I put classic shell on. but I have only had the said laptop for a week or so..any help would be of great use an di look forward to your replys.

You can capture a crash dump using the instructions here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6 Then upload the dump here so the cause of the crash can be figured out.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff88005e6b0d1, 0xfffff8800c5fe0b0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 122113-40139-01.

You can upload that DMP file somewhere where I can grab it. I suspect it will be large though. Or you can use the procdump tool, like in the link that GauravK listed.
