The Metro Apps entry appears under All Programs at the end of the list. I have setup things so Metro Apps appears in the second column as a Menu. I would like to get rid of Metro Apps under All Programs but there doesn't seem to be a way to delete it.

In the search box of settings, type 'Apps' and turn off the setting to show Modern/Metro apps.
