After installing Windows 10, I immediately noticed that the file folder preview pictures I had set up in File Explorer have changed. Windows 10 apparently changed the view format so now, instead of re-sizing the image so all of it can be seen in the file folder preview, it zooms in to the middle of the image. This cuts off the outer edges of the image. This problem is the same when using both the "large icon" setting and the "extra large icon" setting.
I was hoping that classic shell would have something to revert the way file explorer handles these folder preview images, but I don't see anything in the menus.
Can anyone tell me if classic shell can fix this problem? If it can't, can anyone in admin let me know if a future update to classic shell may have a solution? If not, I guess I'll have to look for a third party photo viewer that looks like the old Windows 7 file explorer.
TIA
