Taskbar with Classic Shell version 4.3.0 is not skinnable anymore with Stardock Windows Blinds (not even with the latest version 10.5) on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Had to turn back to Classic Shell 4.2.5.

Make sure "Customize Taskbar" setting is unchecked.

Yes, I did that: is unchecked...

Even setting <No Skin> in the Skin tab will still not solve the problem.

I don't know if it helps: with Classic Shell v4.2.5 if I check "Customize taskbar" in "Windows 10 Settings" tab, Window Blinds will still override this setting and skin the taskbar.

I can confirm this problem. In older versions it worked correctly. Now even if you uncheck "Customize taskbar" it behaves the same.
When you are using a WindowBlinds skin, the area around the Icons is unskinned.

Here are two screenshots to compare: taskbar1 is without classic shell running, taskbar2 is with classic shell running.

Classic shell 4.3 does have taskbar skinning features, that you should be able to use to replicate the same look? maybe you can use classic shell for skinning the taskbar. and windowblinds for everything outside the taskbar/startmenu? Id imagine this is low on IVO's priority list because of that.
