IDK if there is a specific way, but you could remove classic shell from startup, then create a .bat file that starts classic shell and throw it in:
C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
There will be a small delay before classic shell is available after the system boots
Exactly what I meant. I want to install this on only six machines. There are several different users who log into the machines every day and they get confused easily, I do not want it to pop up asking what shell they want to use, but instead fool them into thinking it is Win 7. There is only one user who has complained about Wind 8.1, and unfortunately it is the CEO... I have never created a .bat file though.
