Irfanview!

hey guys, I discovered an easy way to make these with Irfanview.
It can easily add the two extra images to the bottom of an existing image:
(1) open an image with irfanview
(2) ctr-v to copy to clipboard
(3) paste clipboard to bottom of existing image with : alt edit (e), paste special (t), to bottom (b)
(4) do this twice to get a new image of 1 x 3 of the original, as for the Start Menu button
