How did you manage with the localization of classic shell? I found the topic on the forum and I wanted to suggest a very efficient tool that would help in large translation projects. It's this online tool: https://poeditor.com/ which can host as many as 200 languages. Crowd translations are very efficient using this tool, I was a part of a few projects as a translator and it felt much easier to localize strings like this.

I am managing it myself. Most people directly prepare DLLs. In some cases they edit a text file which I insert in the DLL. |
