I just love Classic Shell so much , but I have a question about the Start Menu. Does "Programs" show all of my programs installed? Anyone can help me? thanks a lot.

depending on exactly what he is asking, it might be a little more complicated.
when you click 'all programs' (or 'programs' in classic/2 column) those are simply shortcuts stored in: C:\Users\blood\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu and C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu programs don't necessarily register though most do...
If you cant find what your looking for, but know you installed it, you can try browsing C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) for the .exe (or run a search on your computer) then creating a shortcut then throw it into C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
but, yea anything shown in windows regular start menu should show up in classic shell
