Although I like Classic Shell very much, both on Win7 and now on Win 10, I seem to have found a flaw. Many directories I enter first open in "detail" view, and sometimes in "thumbnail". I would like every single directory to open in "list" view - that's the way I prefer. How do I do that? |

Classic Shell does not modify Windows Explorer views. Classic Explorer is only an add-on for Windows Explorer that restores the toolbar, some status bar and title bar features, navigation pane tweaks and many others. It is not a full standalone Explorer replacement and does not affect the folder views.
