Perhaps I'm missing something here, but in my attempt to fully lock down the start menu, I have inadvertantly disabled Ctrl+Esc to open the start menu via the keyboard.
If I boot windows without running Classic Start Menu, my CTRL+ESC shortcut key works to open the start menu, however when Classic Start Menu is running, this keyboard shortcut no longer works.
Using the editor, I can place an alternate keyboard shortcut (such as Ctrl+Shift+A) but the editor does not allow me to choose Ctrl+Esc.
Am I missing something?

Ctrl+Esc is the same as the Win key. You need to change the setting "Windows key opens"
