if you leave the command and link field blank, an item is still clickable
And

if you leave the icon field blank there is a blank icon; this should probably default to no icon, or an 'invisible' icon

And
if you give an icon, while leaving; label, command, link fields blank the button doesnt show
And
giving an icon, and a link/andor/command with no label still shows the <No Text> message (this is atleast counterable by adding "&" as the label)

That is by design. Item will become unselectable/unclickable only if "Label" is empty *and* Command or Link are empty. You can specify "none" to get an invisible icon.

what is the design/point in being able to click something that doesn't do anything?
It would be more useful to use as dividers/categories if it were not clickable.
@'none' for icon field didn't think of that offhand but i think i've heard it mentioned b4, maybe it should be mentioned in the hover-over tooltip for the icon field, and i'm curious why is it not the default state over a blank sheet of paper type icon?
