Classic Shell: Forum

I truly thought that I had bombed on my choice to get a windows 8 desktop. (NO touchscreen). I have HATED it...hated it....dreaded using it etc. Classic Shell gave me my computer back. It is responsive, the wireless mouse even works better, I can find my pictures and documents and easily access my programs and do scans and cleanups. I turned off the stupid corner things also. I didn't see any other way to thank you other than here. You are "liked" on my facebook, donated to and now worshiped. I agree....IVO for PRESIDENT!!! If you can "cure" windows 8....please go fix Congress next.

Can someone please explain to me how to switch off the corner thingies? Thank you!

In the "Windows 8 settings" tab there is an option to turn off all active corners.

And I was a windows 7 user when I started using it... (In-fact, if not for classic shell I would have never 'upgraded' to windows 8 )

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was literally in tears, I hated windows 8 so much. I'm a poor college student right now, but if I ever have money to spare, I'll absolutely donate to you and this wonderful program!
