Classic Shell: Forum

I just re-installed my PC (first Windows 8, then upgrading to the latest Win 10).
Thereafter I installed the latest Classic Shell.
But I still get a Metro like startmenu and not the Classic Shell that I had before

I can change the setting, replace the start menu icon etc.
But nothing happens when I select between Classic, Classic two Column and Win7 style. I still just get the Metro design

Did I miss something?

Windows 10 Home (Ver 1607, OS build 14393.953)
ClassicShell: 4.3.0

I have added a screen dump of the menu

Right click the Start button and click Settings. Make sure "Left Click opens" and "Windows Key opens" are both set to open the "Classic Start Menu" and not the "Windows Start Menu". These settings are on the "Controls" tab which appears when "Show all settings" checkbox is checked at the top of the Settings window.

Also, press Win+A and make sure that Tablet Mode is turned off.

I am a Windows enthusiast and did Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.

The described settings were OK.
Just for a test, I tried to 'Reset All setting' another time and it resolved the issue. I have no clue what setting did cause that issue, but now it works
