Hiding the Programs folder is only possible in classic two column or single column styles. Go to the Customize Start Menu tab, select the "Programs" item and press Delete key to remove it, then click OK.

Ah I see. Too bad I can't hide it in Windows 7 style. I prefer the ease of setup in win 7 style to classic two column. Thank you for your time.

Are there any plans to implement this into future versions of your application?

Starting with Classic Shell 4.3.0, you can hide All Programs item in Windows 7 style menu from Settings UI (previously only as a Group Policy).
