I've just clean installed Windows 10 Home & Classic Shell 4.2.5.

On Start / Programs there are three icons which are blank - "Devices Flow", "Miracast Play to Renderer" & "Print Dialog".

I tried setting the icons but I get an access denied message despite having Admin privileges. I checked the security tab for the folder hierarchy and all looks OK.

How do I set the correct icon for these programs?

I bet the icon problems are related to your access problems.
You need to figure out what is happening. Probably you need to take ownership of those files before you can change them.

They are Metro app shortcuts put there in the Programs folder by Microsoft but the apps themselves are not functional. You can hide them using the setting "Hide app shortcuts". Do not delete those shortcuts. Even if you hide them, the shortcuts in the "Apps" folder will not be affected.

Thanks - hiding the app shortcuts is an easy fix.
