Is it possible to switch the pinned and recent programs?

I have a Win8 laptop and picked the Vista/7 style and right now my most recent 5 programs are at the top while my pinned ones are underneath them. I'd like to switch that if possible as I am in the habit on my work Win7 machine of keyboarding with Start, down, Enter to open up a browser. Now that is my most recent program and I'd rather have it open my top pinned program if possible.

Thanks for a great program!
Andrew

Enable All Settings.
Special Items > Show recent programs on top.
