Uninstalled classicshell and it didnt get rid of this http://i.imgur.com/TX17wWD.png I cant figure out how to remove it and its pissing me off.

Hm, doesn't look like it. I don't see a ribbon or the Up arrow. Maybe you have other customizations to Explorer?

I installed classicshell, didn't like it, and when I uninstalled it left this. I have installed OldNewExplorer but it doesn't mess with that area. It's the toolbar area from classicshell.

OK. Try installing Classic Shell again (just the Classic Explorer part), hide the toolbar, then uninstall it.
