Improve the quality of the displayed checkbox at 125 and 150 percent scale screen elements.

Where do you see those checkboxes? A screenshot would be nice.

He probably means the checkboxes in the settings UI. Both checkboxes and radio buttons (as well as the icon used for every setting) looks pixelated at high DPI. Compared to Windows checkboxes in settings like Folder Options, they look terrible.
