We are a system builder and considering the installation of this on systems we ship out. I would like to confirm that this is acceptable in the licensing of the product before proceeding. I have reviewed my Microsoft System Builder licensing and do not see that it would violate their terms either. Would of course prefer to have this post answered by one of the lead developers.

Yes, you can distribute Classic Shell on new systems as long as you don't charge extra for it.
