User PICTURE FRAMES different sizes.

User PICTURE FRAMES different sizes. Clear inside. These are .png images.

If you are using a 7 style skin at HiDPI and find picture is too small,
here are some frames to use.
The .skin7 file would need to be edited carefully to avoid conflicts, with spacing, etc.

This is very useful for all skin creators. Thanks juniper7! It'll be possible for Ivo too, to incorporate these larger frames into the default Classic, Full Glass, Windows Aero skins.
