This looks like a general heap corruption. The memory heap is a shared resource that is used by all shell extensions, so it is possible this is not related to Classic Shell. Unfortunately the crash dump doesn't provide enough info to point the finger at a particular app.

What were you doing at the time of the crash?

Crashes like that happen very frequently when I use ClassicShell, did not happen once when I moved to Pokki for several days and happened twice today on ClassicShell. It's always random when it happens, sometimes I don't do anything within explorer when it happens.

What are you doing in Classic Shell? Browsing menus, left-clicking, right-clicking, typing text in the search box?

I'm not doing anything in classical shell at all. Explorer crashes without me doing anything in classical shell. But again this crashes do not happen if I use alternative Start Menu replacement or not start menu replacement at all.

i think he means what are you doing outside of classic shell, and what programs do you have that may be affecting this behavior( do you have any other explorer addons/toolbars like QTTabs bar, or clover?

There is no pattern to crashes. I can be reading email in Outlook, looking at webpage or watching YouTube video and it would crash. There is no additional addons to explorer are installed.

To troubleshoot, right click the Classic Shell Start button and choose Exit. Also, from "Internet Options" in Control Panel, Programs tab, Manage Addons dialog, disable Classic Shell related addons temporarily. Observe if the Explorer crashes still occur.

You can also run NirSoft's ShellExView (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html) and create an HTML report from its View menu of all items. Some shell extension or other program might be causing Explorer crashes or conflicting with Classic Shell.
