 Post subject: Last Microsoft update

:oops: With the last Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition update, Classic Shell cause blinking on screen. And the last Classic Shell version 4.3.1 not solve the problem :-(

Also, check if you have a file named "idtnc64.cpl" in C:\Windows\System32, and if so, delete it
