Can I somehow change font and its size in my Start menu?

There is a setting in most skins called "Large font".
For any changes beyond that you have to edit the skin to change the font and the text size.

Can I than suggest to add that option in Settings of Classic Shell? I'd like easy way to change font (and size), if possible.

A skin often uses more than one font, at various sizes and styles.
You can't just change a single number.
However - you can play with the "Override system DPI" setting. Try a larger number than 96.
