The Classic style's Programs sub-menu appears very high above the main start menu at resolutions of 1920x1080px or higher. It appears correctly at 1440x900px. I have uploaded screenshots showing the correct height and the incorrect height. I believe this to be the case with the Classic style two column as well. I checked to see if there was an option to correct this appearance but could not find an option therefore I believe it to be a bug unless there is a way (other then manually filling in the list with more programs) to bring the sub-menu down while using higher resolutions. Many thanks.

The first screenshot is correct. The sub-menu is positioned so its top or bottom are aligned with the Programs item. If there is no room to do that, the sub-menu is positioned somewhere in the middle, which is shown on the second picture.
