Hello,
First Thanks for the nice software. I find that while some of the FOLDERS in Start Menu can be "Pin to Start Menu (Classic Shell)"; some folders like "Apps" do not have this feature.
Will be nice if "Apps" etc. could also be pinned to top.

That is because Apps is not a file system folder and the items inside are not shortcut files. As a workaround, you can go to Customize Start Menu tab and set "Apps" to "Display as a menu".

I tried "Display as a menu" and it serves my purpose - "Display as a link" option was not available in case of "Metro Apps"
