When clicking a link, I have my IE-10 settings set up to ...

"[x] Always switch to new tabs when they are created"

Unfortunately, this never happens, and I have to click the new tab to give it focus. To me, this looks like a Classic Shell problem on Windows-7. On the other hand, I may have some IE-10 setting wrong. But, if I do, I can't find it.

Some help or a fix seems appropriate here.

It is unlikely that Classic IE is the issue, but you can of course test it. Uninstall it and try again.

Uninstall/Reinstall solved my problem. Many thanks. Small gratuity is on its way.
