The Classic Start Menu points to wrong location for both Pictures and Document folders, it links to OneDrives Pictures and Documents folders.

It blocks me trying to move them but I am best to not mess too much as the folder are correct in Windows Explorer just not in ClassicShell.

I get this by simply Right Clicking and choosing Properties from the Pictures Tab on the Classic Start Menu (default is set to link).

I'm debating if I should go back before Creators Update. I encounter all kinds of weirdness too.
MS has done a lot of chopping on this update. I notice on menu if I right click on This PC, and pick Manage,
I get CNtRegistry memory error. The link does not work.

Another issue I have is the hover and pick selector square in a desktop folder disappear, and stay invisible for awhile.
Had to restart to fix it.

Mine was an update. I wonder if full clean install is better?

I feel bad for Ivo, stuck in the middle of this, each time MS kills off more parts of Windows 10.

Mines was full clean install from ISO direct from MS.

MS have stated since to not do the above and wait on the update as it slows PC's down.

Open Classic Start Menu Settings and go to Customize Start Menu tab. Double click the icons for Pictures and Documents. Erase everything from Command and Link fields and press the Tab key.

Then in the Link field, type the new path to your actual Pictures and Documents folders.

Thanks, did not even need to use the Link box in end as it was slightly different.
