Hello guys,

I'm trying to download ClassicShell at this moment, but Google Chrome is telling me that the link to download is unsafe and contains malware.

I must agree that the URL looks suspicious too. I'll postpone the download of ClassicShell until a moderator can confirm that the link is safe.

I've attached a screenshot.

Just tried now with Chrome and all is as it should be: safe.

Classic Shell.net's IP address is not 199.91.152.130. It is 184.168.173.1. MediaFire's IP is may be different every time you click the Download button. Always download from http://www.classicshell.net. Not sure how you landed at 199.91.152.130 in your Chrome. It might be a MediaFire IP that Chrome has blacklisted.

In that case, go back, refresh the website home page using Ctrl+F5 and then click the Download button again.

I am a Windows enthusiast and did Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.

I simply clicked the Download Now button from the index page of http://www.classicshell.net .

Just tried now and it works. I guess the webmaster fixed it quickly without us noticing.
