The Pinned Shortcuts list isn't working. I'm using Windows 7. I looked for options to enable it within the settings. I still can't find anything there.

What version of Classic Shell are you using? What style are you using?
Have you tried pinning something by dragging to the start button and then dropping in the menu?

3.6.6? I think it's the Windows Vista/7 style, with the Smoked Glass skin.
Oh, I was trying to drag an icon from the taskbar to pin it. I already realized I can work from within the Start menu itself, but I have desktop icons disabled and some of the icons I wanted to add (like Mozilla Thunderbird) weren't in the All Programs list for some reason. I haven't tried pinning icons from Windows Explorer either. I'm not sure if I deleted those shortcuts within the All Programs directory or I didn't check "Add Shortcuts to Start menu" with the original installer or whatever, but don't worry about it. Things seem fine. I'm just being stupid. Could you add a button to the settings to refresh/import the native Start menu's pinned items? I think it only did that when I first installed Classic Shell several years ago. I should try to update it to see if you have any new features I've been looking for ;)

Here's a screenshot for your pleasure! I was hungry

The latest version allows for pinning directly from Explorer without drag/drop.

It is also possible to pin from the Windows 7 menu to the Classic menu (Shift+right click, then "Pin to start menu (Classic Shell)". So you can quickly repin all items from one menu to the other. No need to import anything.

Also, unless you're using the old Quick Launch, the Windows 7 and later taskbar does not allow dragging anything out of it. Dragging upwards shows a jump list instead.
